[quote="Paul-RAGESW":26nj9vz5] Entering your domain name automatically forwards to your index.html page which is your home page.[/quote:26nj9vz5] Ok. The problem I'm having is that I have the home page set to redirect to a mobile version of the home page. So when I enter the domain (www.lilahshreeve.com) as the external link for the full site version, it takes me back to the mobile home page. |

| So I want a mobile site with no ads and a trad site with ads. Same info in the middle. Also the mobile site is nice on phones and the like but looks big and bulky on my ipad. Text too big ect. ect. so i want to do like with the old iweb and find a code that directs only phones to the mobile pages of my site and change the 700 number to 480 or so. Then ipads would go to the full size site and only phone and smaller tablets would redirect to mobile pages. Does this code exist or is it the same as we used with Iweb? | |

The mobile version should not be displayed on your iPad. What is your website URL?

My site is beatstreetmedia.com, at my site i already put a regular size pg and it seems to display better and gives me ad space. what i need to know is do I have to treat these pages as a different web site or simply redirect. the test page is linked on the first saturday link on the d.b.a. page.

There doesn't appear to be any redirect code on your website.

| first sorry about large red type on last post, there is no redirect on my site yet. I have used the code with iweb that sent small screen devices to the mobile sized site pages. I do not want to send ipad viewers there. Paul mentioned that they should not be being sent to mobile site pages automatically . so i am wondering if i should make a separate mobile only site with a redirect (might not be the right term ) code on full size site? does that same code work with easy web? Thanks | |

I published the code on my "Mobile" version... http://roddymckay.com/EasyWeb/mobile/index.html Note that I did not create and publish this site using the "EasyWeb" method. It is a separate site, created in EasyWeb, and the redirect code is inserted into the Head Code of the main site. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
