Hi Yelena and Roddy, Thank you for your prompt replies. I think I got both your points. I'm gonna use CyberDuck to host my website. Another question, as far as I know CyberDuck is free software then why it's charged 158RMB in app store? it's confusing me, the official website and app store are not giving much useful information to explain the differences. and again, do I need to purchase hosting service additionally even I have CyberDuck(some articles on internet says so)? You can download Cyberduck here… http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/8392/cyberduck A better application Yummy Lite for $1.99… http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/42905/yummy-ftp-lite An FTP app uploads files to a server. You need to rent space on a server to host your website files. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! You are confusing a tool to publish the files with the server. Server gives you a space to "host" your site. I believe I downloaded Cyberduck for free and gave them a donation - I didn't use App store...Or you can use the one Roddy mentioned...
