Actually, squares would be a lot easier. Have you ever tried creating circles with CSS? A lot of slideshow developers seem to run out of steam when it comes to styling and resort to images for controls which results in a lot of unnecessary server requests. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! | Circles, that must be lesson two... I've never tried to make a square... Had I have known I would have been more sympathetic. Sorry, squares look great too! Like the counter though, it would be helpful to change the colours, size and position without adding code. While I'm secretly enjoying the learning, I don't think customising widgets with code is right for what easyweb is aiming for. If people get to used to writing code they might never buy into a product like EasyWeb! | |

The great thing about EW's code injection is that it allows people to learn the basics of code - bit by bit. Once they have learned enough to start coding whole sites they can move on to Rage's WebDesign app! ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! Is that what EW is using for the widget? ------------------------------- rMBP 15", 2.6 Ghz, 16 GB RAM, OS X 10.11.6, with 27" Thunderbolt Cinema Display www.cleetche.com |

"Is that what EW is using for the widget?" Yessir. Galleria is also useable on mobile sites because it can be finger swiped. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! Regarding the WebDesign app, is this drag and drop so everything has a location... or does it simply work HTML top to bottom so jQuery items can dynamically effect the size of a page? I could be tempted once I have finished this site (so all the ground work has been done and I don't have to spend time being creative) to try and build the site again, using WebDesign. It should be be quicker second time round heh?! You might regret posting that comment in the new year Roddy... is it worth the effort? |

WebDesign uses code entry but the instant preview can seen beside the code in the same window. The page height will automatically adjust to the dynamic content. You should download a trial copy to see what it is like and use it to create your code snippets. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
