IOS is an operating system that iPhone and IPad use. Other devices use Android operating system, etc. So devices that don't have IOS won't play your videos...

Check it out in HTML 5

http://eugenelambweb.com/easyweb/html5/

Video converted to HTML 5 Placed in iframe

code:

<iframe src="your video location" width="900" height="480"></iframe> placed in html widget

Video converted to mp4, webm, ogg.... and these 3 files placed into assets.

Works in all browsers but minor sizing adjustment needed in Firefox and Opera.

Opera seems to use Quicktime Plugin to play this video, even though it is HTML5.

This is not HTML5! All you are really doing is to reference an MP4 file in an iframe. Although you have wrapped it in the video tag the code is invalid.

The browsers report that they failed to load the resource and are using the QuickTime plugin to play the file. If the visitor doesn't have the plugin, the movie won't play.

Here's what happens in Firefox when the QT plugin is disabled...

Singkehlchen is getting an overhaul, so it's not put online at the original url yet, but here's a preview:

Really professionally looking website! Good job! ( Check the "Auftakt" link on "Kontakt" page - it doesn't seem to work)

Thanks, Elena. Already fixed :)

I wonder though, does the contact form not work with 3rd party hosts? When I click on "Send" nothing happens, and no email arrives. It works on my EasyWeb account, but not with my german provider (php is supported). No complaint since I'm not affected by it, using Rage anyway, but for people using EasyWeb as standalone with other hosts, it might be an issue.

The contact form does work on third party hosts. I have tested it on a whole bunch of them. The main reason it may not work is because it isn't published correctly or your specific host doesn't support some of the features. Not much we can do in that situation. That is why the one-click publishing exists. Everything just works with it.

Almost done. Some content is still missing but the layout is there.

To post a link to a url you'll need to change the code as follows:

[code:1lak0n0d]
Name of the link
[/code:1lak0n0d]

The result will then look like this:

<a href="http://www.fine-design.co.uk">Name of the link</a>

Interesting site though. Just... the "3d effect" on the word design irritates my eyes.
