Absolutely all Easyweb, I was working on a mutli page site but after looking at heaps of sites I like, I decided single page was the way to go for me. The best part is it is much easier than multi-page.

I am loving the EasyWeb application. It is so very similar to, but also superior to iWeb. Once I played around with it for a few hours, I was able to completely recreate my iWeb site (which finally gave out on me completely two weeks ago), and am quite pleased. It loads faster, publishes faster and is very intuitive to learn to use. Thanks!

Hello!

Here's my EasyWeb site. I'm so happy with EW. It's made my life so much easier now that I don't have to build it through Wordpress!

www.lilahshreeve.com

I've only tested it in Firefox and Safari. If anyone sees any glitches please let me know.

Thanks!

Unfortunately the audio players are taking a long time to load since you are not able to use preload="none" with Safari. You may wait a long time before Apple gets around to fixing it.

You can use mediaelement which will also work in older browsers...

Here's a bunch of variations...

Thanks Roddy. However I am using the mediaelement player that you suggested... but you're saying it's still taking a long time to load? Not sure what to do about that.

You are using the HTML5 tag to play your audio - not mediaelement.

This is media element ...

This is the code for media element?

<audio controls="controls" autoplay="autoplay" loop="loop" preload="preload">
<source src=URL to songfile.ogg type="audio/ogg" />
<source src=URL to songfile.mp4 type="audio/mpeg" />
</audio>

The code you have used is the HTML5 Audio Tag.

What is probably confusing you is that the mediaelement audio player uses the same (or similar) HTML code in conjunction with a CSS file, jQuery, a javascript and a setup javascript. These allow the player to have the same look across all browsers, to fallback to flash for older browsers such as IE 6, 7 and 8 and to play in Firefox without having to use an OGG file.

[quote="Markdowding":4widl1ne]Here is our first website moved from iweb to easyweb. It will be adjusted and refined over next few weeks. I have found easyweb pretty simple to get used to, I have used iweb a lot and for me the biggest sticking point for moving away from iweb was the learning curve for other apps. Can't wait to see what coming next ... hoping to see some ecommerce features.
