Alignment guides behaviour is odd

Set all the guides on in Preferences, or at least the edge guides. Create two text boxes of the same size with text in (or one and copy it) Now place one box under the other and try lining the boxes up one under the other or side by side. You see the centre guide and one left guide, but no right guide, or one top guide and centre guide but no bottom guide. |
