Viewing Default Hyperlink Formatting
Default Hyperlink Formatting

I will be cutting and pasting hundreds of links into my new site in EasyWeb. It would be great if I could define a default set of Hyperlink Formatting options for the pasted links (or better yet for the whole site). At the moment it looks like I have to go to each link and revise the colour and underlining settings individually.

Click Metrics in the Inspector then scroll down to the bottom and press the Edit Default Styles button.

Thanks Paul, I never would have found that on my own. I have been able to set the text colours as desired but even though I have unchecked the underline buttons in the Edit Default Styles window, new links still appear with underlines. Any suggestions?

Just to clarify, I am copying the links from my existing website. If I try to copy them from a page in iWeb, i get the text but no links of any kind. If I copy from an existing web page in Safari I get the links but they are underlined. New links I type in EasyWeb from scratch get the default colours but are also underlined despite the unchecked underline boxes in the Edit Default Styles.

I don't think that the underlining settings have been implemented yet.

Thanks, I'll look forward to the update and work on other things for now.
