A "text letting" control like iWeb has would be very useful! Steve ------------------------------- MacBook Pro 15in Retina 10.14.6 Nevada, U.S.A Apple since OS 7.1 LE II (pizza box) |

Personally, I think it is short of control space between letters (kerning) and full justify in EasyWeb. Thank you! |

In web design the property is "letter-spacing". Some mobile browsers don't support it. If you need to space out letters it means that you have chosen an inappropriate font. Justified text is a property which is used in magazine and newspaper print media and has no place in web design. The reason that iWeb has this features is that it uses the same inspector as the iWork apps which do require them. A web designer would just ignore them! ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! I said "mobile" browsers - not "modern". See this site under "Basic Font CSS"... http://www.quirksmode.org/m/table.html#t25 ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! I said modern... It's a useful option for me. I check my sites on the top 3 or 4 browsers mobile and desktop to my satisfaction before I'm done with the project. Thx S ------------------------------- MacBook Pro 15in Retina 10.14.6 Nevada, U.S.A Apple since OS 7.1 LE II (pizza box) |
