A guestbook to one user may have completely different features than a guestbook to another user. What exactly do you want this guest book to do? Do people just submit a comment? Do they need to enter their name/email? Does it have to be moderated? Can they edit their entries? Can they delete their entries? Should you be able to edit/delete entries? There are a lot of things to consider. If you provide more details of what you are looking for someone can help you integrate a third party one or we can better evaluate whether or not we can provide the guestbook features you are looking for. That being said, the traditional guestbooks as I understand them are a very outdated concept.
