This isn't a bug, but about design. EasyWeb shows in the top left corner of a website it's name with the earth icon. Like iWeb. But when creating a new website, a new window opens. So you get two windows. And in each there's the name of the site on top of the left menu. If you place the name of the site on the left, then there should be only one window with all the sites listed in the left menu. Just like iWeb. If you want to stick with multiple windows, please remove the title from the left menu. Because then the "home" should be on top and the name of the website should actually be the caption of the actual window. Not "EasyWeb". I found this confusing because when I just started I only had one website but couldn't delete it from the left menu. |

iWeb's method of creating multiple sites on one domain.sites2 file was a particularly bad idea for a number of reasons. Most of use had to use a workaround to create separate sites. EasyWeb improves on iWeb by having a site manager window so that you can easily launch your sites one at a time...

OK, than please replace the window's caption "EasyWeb" with the site's actual name. Every program I use works like this. Look at your browser, e.g. ;) And it would be nice to be able to delete a site from the welcome screen. And maybe also get a preview on the left. Thank you for your fast reply! |
