EverWeb 4.5 is bringing one of its most exciting responsive design features yet: Object Pinning. This new feature lets you attach any object to the edge of the page or a parent Container, so its position stays consistent as the browser resizes. That means you can now freely place objects anywhere on the design canvas without sacrificing responsive behaviour, something that previously was only possible in fixed width page designs. With Object Pinning you can pin objects vertically, horizontally, or both, using either pixel or percentage-based values, and EverWeb even displays guide lines to help fine-tune your spacing. You can pin a call-to-action button to a hero section corner, lock an icon inside a banner, or align custom nav buttons to the right edge of the browser window. Combined with the new ability to freely drag objects inside Column or Row layout Containers, EverWeb 4.5 gives you virtually unlimited layout flexibility on responsive pages, just like you've always had on fixed-width pages.
