I've tried creating various .csv files and none of them get imported. I get a success message but then nothing happens, no email, none of the members listed in the .csv file are imported. I've even tried creating members manually, exporting that and trying to import that back with same results as above. My guess is that I'm just not formatting the .csv file correctly, but there doesn't appear to any information on what it should look like. Has anyone successfully use the import function and if so, can you share a sample .csv file that worked for you? |
