Two-Column Required Checkbox and Radio Button Controls in Contact Form Advanced Not Being Recognized

| I am using EverWeb 4.4.3 and recently found how to create a multi-column checkbox and radio button form controls in the Contact Form Advanced (it took me a while to figure out you have to go to the alignment setting). When I make a radio button or checkbox form control to be required, it is not recognizing that an item was selected, so when I try to submit the form I get the message that "Some required fields are missing" even though there are items selected. I have worked around this by removing the two-column alignment and then changing the HTML for the form during post-prossessig so that the radio buttons and checkboxes display in two columns (using the app MassReplaceIt). But it would be great if this bug could be fixed in a future update so that no post-processing is necessary. Thanks! | |

Hi Robert, Thanks for the explanation. We are not seeing this behavior in our testing, so we would need to review the specific project to determine what is happening in your case. In EverWeb, please go to the Projects window (the “Welcome to EverWeb” window), click the three dots next to your project file, and choose “Send Project File to Support.” A link will be generated. Then open a support ticket from the Client Area and include that link along with a brief description of the issue so we can review it properly.
