How do I prevent email and phone numbers being blue?

| After publishing, email and phone number fields appear dark blue which are hard to read. How do I prevent that? Thanks. | |

| Click LINK tab and select colours for Normal (presently blue), Rollover and visited. You can set them any colour you like. If you want them the same as adjoining text, just pick the same color of that text for the 'Normal' setting. | |

They aren't set as links. Strangely they only appear blue on an iPhone, not on an iMac desktop.
