I'm sorry, I am not exactly sure what you are showing here. What exactly did you do here? Can you clarify please?

The top margin is 15, the browser background dark blue. The header has the graphic for the top edge of the border, the colored scrollwork, page title text box, two lines and the menu. The page background has a tiled image fill of the sides of the border. The 'Not scrolled" image shows this setup, which matches the page as displayed in Safari. The "Scrolled" image shows EW scrolling the page; when scrolled further than the top margin distance the browser background appears. This effect persists for the entire page, with all elements scrolling on top of the top margin. The page scrolls as expected in the browser, with this setup giving the impression that the page is floating on the background. |
