Online booking supposed to open in a new window

I'm doing a website for a skydiving company. They use an online booking system. That company sent me an API code that they told me to put in the header (I guess it's java script) and then use their button or a text link and it will cause the booking calendar to pop up in another window so the customer doesn't go off the skydive website. Of course, they have done this with a million Wordpress sites and it works perfectly but never worked with Everweb. So I tried that API Code in the Header where the FTP info is located on my Everweb site and I tried it in the Header box that is on every page in Everweb. And I had it in both places. But the link isn't opening in a pop-up window. So then I thought why don't I just use Everweb to link it to open in a pop-up window via the Everweb Inspector Hyperlink box. I tried that and although a pop-up box does open it's all white the calendar does not appear. I can link it so it opens in another page but everyone, the owner of the skydive operation and the calendar booking people want it to open in a pop-up window. I don't even really know what a API Code is but should that work with Everweb? Am I doing something wrong? Why doesn't the pop-up window work via the Everweb inspector? I tried the Inspector pop-up and it did work with a regular website but not the booking calendar, which is odd because it opens to a webpage on my browsers with no problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated. |
