Background Not Scolling Inside EasyWeb

| I am using an image fill for the Browser Background. After I publish the background will scroll up and down with the page which is my desired effect, but inside EasyWeb it stays in one place. The objects on my site revolve around the background image, so it makes designing virtually impossible. Please help. I am using beta 15. Thank you. | |
