| Any widgets out there that will let me preserve the transparency of a png in a slide show. i.e. I want to see the webpage behind the slide show when I include a full transparency png. | |

You should be able to remove the slider container's background using CSS. Here's a rough example using one of my own widgets out of the box with no modification.
