How do I change the size of the pre-set sections in a template?

Hi I've created a master page based on one of the pre-supplied templates but want to change the size of the pre-set sections (marked with the blue lines), in particular the one at the bottom of the page. I've tried dragging and I've tried changing the Footer size setting. No change! Can anyone advise? Doubtless it's something really simple ... :-) Thanks SueB |

Hi Sue! I am sorry to hear about the issue you've experienced! Editing the footer height in Inspector > Page settings of your master page should help. If the footer contains the elements bigger than your set height, they will prevent that. Simply remove those elements from the footer section. If the above doesn't help, could you please submit a support ticket with a screenshot of your master page (along with Page settings > Page layout)? To do so, log in to the Client area and click the blue button "Open New Ticket" on the Welcome page. I'll take it from there and will do my best to help you!
