How do I get my MailChimp sign up form to display correctly (again)?

The MailChimp form has been behaving for the past few months then just recently it's back to displaying improperly.

The last time it displayed malformed was because I'd upgraded my site to https but the link used was http: (Thanks, Roddy!) I took a look at the embed code for the form and it seems fine.

The form look OK to me in Safari.

D'oh! Thanks, Roddy. Emptied cache for my browsers and now all is spiffy. Pfft... should have done that in the first place.
