Easy way to make mobile pages

I have a large and complicated site I made. Now I need to "make" all the mobile pages for it. In the past I start with a mobile page and copy and paste from the regular web pages. Then increase text size, make text boxes fit and images smaller. But this site has so many text boxes and images... is there an easier way to do this? Thanks! |

Hi, Susan. There's no other way of creating mobile page other than creating them from scratch, in fact. So you will need to do that in the way you did before. I can only tell it's not necessary to have the same set of content on the mobile page, you can remove some text and leave only the most important part. If you do that, you can also put a link to the desktop version on your mobile page in case the visitor wants to see an explicit version of the page: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TEjCV-CscgA Wayne ------------------------------- EverWeb Customer Support Submit Tickets or Learn More |

Ok thanks, Wayne. I'm duplicating the full sized pages and then adjusting them down, it's a little faster than making the mobile and copying and pasting. I just wasn't sure if there was something easier. I'm doing the site for a friend and she wants it the same as the full site. I tried hard to sell her on an abbreviated site but she wasn't having it. | |

The Touch Widgets were developed from the ones using HTML5 containers to create content blocks to cut down on the number of individual items for more efficiency, better SEO and ease of transferring them from one version of the site to the other. More up to date widgets like the Elements and Containers use the same idea. A content block like this Module contains quite a few items. To transer it to another page or the mobile site is just a question of copying it over and adjusting its width using a drag handle. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
