How do I designate the photo to accompany link when embedded or shared

I use a png as the header for each of my pages. Unfortunately, that's what gets embedded when people share my page. Using this page as an example, I would like the poster or video poster frame to be embedded with the link. Instead, a blow up of Cleetche with no background (which looks terrible) is instead embedded. How do I change this?
