Page moving 1px horizontally when published

See this test-site: http://rotkehlchen-und-singdrossel.de/va
If you click in the navigation on "aktuelles" or "wir", the page shifts a pixel or two horizontally. It doesn't in EasyWeb and I haven't changed the page width or anything, just added content on one of the pages. On the most recent version of the site, it does that with "repertoire" too, that one isn't published to test it on the server though.

I'm not seeing this in any browser.

What I do see is the time it takes the header background image to load. Its rather large, at 590Kb, to have on very page.

The site is not officially ready and uploaded to the domain it belongs to, so it's mostly for testing purposes. The header image will change to reflect the quartett rather than The Manhattan Transfer, and surely shrink in size;-)

Hm, that's odd indeed. I have the issues on my iMac even after I did a complete Safari reset. I'm at my girlfriends MacBookPro now and it behaves as it should. Should've checked that earlier. Thanks Roddy.

Hi Darian,

Great Job on the website it looks great!

I also don't see the 1 pixel jump. It appears to work fine for me too.

Thanks Paul :)

I know why it happens. It's not a bug, it's the scroll bar appearing on the right side of the browser that seems to make the page jump. Maybe I shouldn't write bug reports too quickly ;)
