Crash when adding page or directory

Running Everweb 2.5.1 on Snow Leopard 10.6.8. When I attempt to add a page or directory, Everweb crashes. Was going to do a clean reinstall but wanted to see what info I could possibly get here first. Thanks! |

Hi Greg, Sorry for the problems you are experiencing. I need to actually see the Crash Report. Can you click the Crash Report tab next time this happens and copy and paste it here or to customer support? It is impossible to know what the issue is without seeing that. It may give a clue to why you are getting a crash. Also, is possible for you to upgrade to a newer version of OS X? | Thanks. Problem solved. I do have other upgraded machines, but I'm an artist who enjoys staying out of the headache of Adobe cloud (for now) and the version of Everweb I'm using has worked just fine for my needs on the Snow Leopard machine. | |
