I think this was answered before but just to be sure - are we allowed to publish an EasyWeb created website? And is it alright to publish to another server at this point? I know I am able to but want to know if it is "legal" since EW is in Beta?

Yes you can do what you want with your website but once easyweb is out of beta you will need an account to publish.
