Hi, Yuanbo! In EverWeb you don't need to click on images and compress them individually, you can go to EverWeb > Preferences > Publishing tab and drag the JPEG Image Quality slider to control the quality of all your images at the same time. Or you can compress images before importing them to EverWeb using Photoshop or other tools. It's a less convenient way but some people might prefer it.
