Viewing Wordpress and Everweb

Wordpress and Everweb

User: Lucas A. 7 years ago
Everweb's blogging feature is nice, but I am not always around my Mac and need to add a blog to my Everweb site that I can update from any device, and ideally I'd like to use Wordpress (although I'd be open to other formats). How can I do this? I'm not very tech-savvy with code and PHP and all that stuff, so it would have to be pretty clear instructions for an idiot like myself.

I should clarify that I'd like to maintain the rest of my site's design and have the blog section look as similar as possible to the rest of my site.

The easiest way to combine a Wordpress blog with EverWeb is to use a responsive iframe which is adapted to allow scrolling on touch devices.

When you update the blog on the server, the iframe content will update without you having to open EverWeb.

You need to upload the Wordpress package and set up the database. Some hosting companies make this really easy and quick using the control panel.

Here are some general instructions.

If you need help you should contact your host's tech support.
