One feature that's always been lacking from the EverWeb contact form is the option to redirect visitors to a proper "thank you" page. A lot of users have asked for a means of redirecting to a download page. Up until now, I have been able to modify the javascript by substituting a window.location.href for the default alert message. This is not possible in the latest version of EverWeb due to the introduction of the data-linkuuid which breaks any javascript with a URL in it. Is there another way of doing this or for allowing the use of a hidden input using the good_url function? Alternatively, is it possible to provide an option to prevent the data-linkuuid being entered in any code enclosed in curly brackets? The other option would be to prevent the universal addition of the data-linkuuid for those of us who are not in the habit of changing page file names half way through a website design! ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! | I use JotForms.com and place the code in the HTML widget. It allows you to redirect to a thank-you page. I just design a page (that doesn't show up in the menu) in Everweb as my page. | |

Jotform isn't a good solution because it breaks any code that uses jQuery. There have been quite a few posts about the subject in this forum. All the Form widgets use the good_url hidden input to achieve this but I was asking about the possibility of a solution for users who want to use the default EverWeb widget but can't upgrade to the latest version if they do. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
