I upgraded to 2.0.2 and my website is now taking much longer to publish than it did in previous editions. It seems to be publishing images, etc. that have already been published. The website is bhcsc.com Thanks. I'm now getting the following error message: Could not open data connection to port 51592: Connection timed out Last edit 9 years ago |

Hi Paul, Thanks for the information. Well, I don't have a firewall on my router and everything is now working fine. I'm not sure what happened. I've still noticed at times it is taking longer with 2.0.2 to publish website changes. Most of the time I see "Directory Exists" etc. but there have been times since switching to the latest update that even when I make a very slight change in an existing page it uploads many unaffected directories, pics, shapes, etc. A small change has caused what seems to be a fully republish or close to it. One recently took over an hour to upload. Don't take my post wrong. I love EverWeb and think it's a wonderful program and I'm a big suporter. I still think, however, that publishing with EverWeb is very unpredictable. For now this issue seems to have resolved itself. Everything is NOW working fine. Last edit 9 years ago |
