Grouped objects are not treated as a group when Aligned or Distributed

I love the fact that Everweb allows me to group multiple objects so that they can be moved around the screen and treated as a single object. Unfortunately, there seems to be a problem with how grouped objects are treated when arranging multiple groups of objects. This is especially noticeable when choosing to align or distribute groups. Rather than treat each group as a single object, the application appears to dig into the objects within the group and apply the command to every sub-object.

To illustrate, take a look at the two attached images. In the first you see three groups of objects, each consisting of a shape and a text box that has been grouped. These three grouped objects are selected, and Distribute Objects -> Horizontally is selected from the Arrange menu. The results appears in the second screen shot. Rather than having the three grouped objects distributed, all six ungrouped objects have been distributed.

Similar problems can be found with many of the commands under the Arrange menu when operating on multiple groups.
