I'm new to this group. Just signed up today. I downloaded the Beta 13 (fixed) version. It seems to load ok and launches, but when I ask to build a new site, I can't see any template pages. Every option is blank...thus I can't choose a page to begin using the program itself. I'm on a 27" iMac, quad core. I'll can see if it will upload to my MacBook Air, but I prefer to work on my iMac. Thanks, Kris |

| If you click on create new website you should then see the list of available templates: | |

That's the issue...when I click on 'create new website' it brings up the box that allows me to 'select' what type of template I want, but when I highlight one of the choices, ex. generic-blank, it won't display the page options. It's just a plain, grey box. I've tried adding an attachment here, but the file wouldn't upload. I'll try again. I've tried deleting the app and redownloading, but get the same issue. Where your photo shows the various pages for Business, with the blue and red... I only have a grey box... no options. I hope that makes sense. Kris |

Can you please contact us at support; http://www.ragesw.com/support/ We may have to do a screenshare to figure out why the templates aren't showing up. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

| Hi. I"ve sent in an email with info and a copy of the image. I did manage to download EasyWEb onto my MacBook Air and can see the templates..but I much prefer building sites on the large screen of the iMac. Hope the info I sent helps. | |

| STill having this issue. I've sent another email. Maybe we can get the viewer thing to work this time. I'd love to be able to play with this on the iMac... the Macbook Air is just not large enough on the screen for my liking. | |
