Ready to publish site but....

User: Rick T. 9 years ago
when i go to sign in it just spins and won't sign in. I am putting the correct email and password in. I've attempted several times.

All I am trying to do is to publish my site to a local folder and then I will upload it myself to my host site.

I bought a license. It does say my support is out of date and I am due for an upgrade but that shouldn't prevent me from publishing my site. At least I sincerely hope not because I do not want to spend anymore money on an upgrade right now.

I am on a mac book pro running OS 10.11.1

Thanks so much!

Hi Rick,

Sorry for the problems you are experiencing.

I would try the following;

1. Quit and relaunch EverWeb
2. Make sure you are not blocking EverWeb's Internet connections with a firewall or an app like Little Snitch (note that EverWeb only has to activate once, not every single time you use it).
3. Try changing your password and logging in via EverWeb->Preferences. You can change your password here;
http://billing.ragesw.com/clientarea.php

If you still have issues please let me know.

Please note that you do not need to renew ever. Your license to EverWeb is a lifetime license.

You only pay for upgrades and support after 1 year, if you want to. If you don't you can use the version you have purchased forever,

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Hi

I am uploading site changes for my website. Unfortunately it states "Cant change directory to /public_html/images/OUR-PROJECTS: No such file or directory. OUR-PROJECTS is one of my pages

Thanks!

Hi Ivan,

Where are you publishing your website to, an EverWeb account or an external hosting provider?

There are a number of reasons this could happen.

Did you run out of disk space on your server?

I recommend you remove all files from your server and then try publishing your entire site again.
