How to Disable Responsive Background Image

I am using on of the templates (Gym Lite) that inherently has a responsive background image. I can't figure out how to make the background image static and disable the responsive nature. How can I achieve this? Cheers, jc |

To Add: One can change the background Image to Original Size, then match the image to the vertical height of the enter page, but then the background moves along with the scrolling. I essentially want the effect of setting the background to Scale to Fit, where the image stays seemingly anchored at the top and the page content can scroll over top, however WITHOUT the responsive background.
