I purchased the "Everweb Standalone" software in 2014. It worked fine all through 2015 and now it won't allow me to update my website. I get a message stating that my software has expired and I need to pay for a renewal. No - Sorry - but at the time of purchase it was a "One time payment to Everweb" and I was meant to be able to use it to update my site without having to pay for renewal. I bought the software - and not required to buy a plan so... IT IS NOT A PLAN THAT EXPIRES ! Please explain! www.willowproductions.org Last edit 9 years ago |

Hi Tracy, Sorry for the inconvenience. Your purchase of everweb comes with one year of free upgrades and support. If you try to update EverWeb outside this period you should see two warnings about this. In either case you can always download the earlier version that falls within your upgrade plan by logging into your client area or going to the everweb download page; Http://billing.ragesw.com Go to the downloads section to see all previous versions of everweb. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

You don't lose any functionality. All purchases come with year of upgrades and support.
