Viewing xml sitemap with redirect code

xml sitemap with redirect code

User: Christian Z. 9 years ago
Hi everybody

I constructed a trisite website (which in fact hase only two versions: computer and phone; does not matter ...).
Fact is that since I added the redirect code on the top of the page I cannot create a proper xml sitemap anymore. If I try to create the xml sitemap with "sitemap automator" or "xml-sitemaps.com" only the main URL ist listet on the sitemap, all the "subpages" are missing. This is the website

Anybody any idea how I can create a sitemap that is working correctly?

Thanks in advance and best regards.

Thats correct but you may want to read Roddys reply to my question RE: Trisite and SEO which may give you the answer and information on Google indexing.

Try using your redirected URL;

Hi Paul

Yes, this works better, thanks!
I still have a problem: not the whole site is "sitemapped". It a problem of the structure of the site: instead of having a classical setup with different folders for the different sites, I have a "computer" folder where only a part of the site is in that's why the rest of the website is not appearing on the sitemap. The point is that if I put all the "full site content" into one folder, the navigation menu disappears. In my opinion it's a problem of the leak of a multi-row menu possibility in EW.
Do you see any solution?
Best regards, Christian

For better understanding:
I have now a setup as in screenshot 1. Preferable would be a setup as in screenshot 2 but then the whole navigation menu is disappearing....

@ Joss
Thanks, this would help but as you see I don't get the whole sitemap with the actual setup / design of my website.
