There is something wrong with this feature. Almost every time I try to publish changes only there are other things that disappear in the published version. (Publishing to a Folder) For example the Title of the website at the top of the page. Sometimes it disappears, sometimes moves up... As a result I have to publish entire site every time - very time consuming and irritating....

Paul, I don't have a sample because I fixed it and actually figured out when it happens. It happens when a text (in my case the title of the site at the top of the page) is exported as image - sometimes it moves up in the Published version, sometimes disappears... To fix that I have to Publish Entire Site. I unchecked the Export as Image and everything is fine. (But the same thing happens with the other website when Export is Imgae is used...
