I've just opened a support ticket, but I'm posting here in the small hope that someone else out there knows how to fix this! I've just updated the EverWeb software to the latest version. I've also just renewed my support package. Now I'm unable to upload my site to the FTP because EverWeb no longer recognises the folder into which my site goes (public_html). I'm stuck! I've checked at my IP server and nothing has changed and everything look fine. Anybody able to help?! |

Hi Julie, I have checked your ticket and see you have received a response from us. Based on your reply there we can help you further. My guess is that based on your email you said you are using public.html instead of public_html in the directory/path field but with the information we requested we can provide the correct solution and get this resolved ASAP. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
