Hi. I've created the website rkresortandspa.com for one of my clients. In order to make the website works on the iOS devices, I decided to use the image slider intesad of Flash. I have many slideshows and everything are working just fine. However, in some browser (especially Chrome), I sometime get the respons "Fatal error: Theme CSS could not load after 20 sec. Please download the latest theme at http://galleria.io/customer/". Can anyone help me geting out of this? thanks so much. Nathan. |

You can check the console in Chrome for any loading errors. Right click on your page and select 'Inspect Element' and then the window that opens at the bottom will have a tab for 'Console'. If you click that any errors will be shown there. I looked at your main page in Chrome and didn't have any errors. The other thing you can try is republishing your entire site and seeing if that works. I think the problem is being caused by the page loading slowly - even on a fast internet connection. All these Youtube movies aren't helping with this. If the page is loading so slowly it will throw up the Galleria error because the scripts and images aren't being loaded fast enough. The landing page of a website should load in less than 2 seconds - not 20. Your slideshow image file names will also be contributing to the problem.!
