I have a registered domain name with Go Daddy and I have pointed the name servers to ever web as instructed, however ever web is not seeing it and keeps parking the domain name an then saying it doesn't exist? I have checked this with go daddy and everything is fine from their end and they can see that the domain is now pointed to ever web, i have a web hosting account with ever web yet I don't seem to have a domain re-direct option in my control panel? Can someone tell me how I get this and what I may be doing wrong as its not allowing me to set up emails either?? |

HI Natasha, I responded to your email, but here is my response again. Please either respond here or in the email support thread to keep the discussion in one place. It looks like you did not add your domain name as an addon domain. You have to add it as an addon in addition to pointing it to our name servers, otherwise our system does not know about it.
