Do I really need to make a mobile friendly site?

| I haven't yet made a mobile friendly version of my site, but when I view my site on my smartphone, it actually looks 95% OK. It seems like my phone does a pretty good job of compressing the content to the size of the small screen, and nothing is really out of place. In a few parts, the words of a title are slightly hidden by the photo below or something like that. Is it really worth my time? (and it's going to take me a while to go through duplicate every single page and blog post on my site...). | |

You don't have to but it certainly helps with your search engine rankings and it can be used to provide a better experience for your visitors.
