Hey Guys, Published my website this morning to have a look and to see what faults i had to deal with. The site has little changes from my iWeb version, but the result was far better than expected. I only seem to have two main issues; 1. My .jpg logo from the top left corner has not been published on any pages, but the link it had to the home page works, so it seems to be there, but, invisible. I have also tried arranging it to 'send to front' but no joy. 2. My menu is aligned in EW, but misaligned when published. Anyone have any idea how to sort these? Many Thanks. P.S I will be off line from early afternoon until late tomorrow, so if I don't reply quickly, I'm not ignoring you. ;) |

Can you post the URL to the published site?

Thanks Roddy, All faults were my error and all fixed. My only question now is that I thought I had published to FTP having signed in. I can 'View Site Now', but when I go online on another device, it's my old iWeb site that is still there. Have I missed a tick box somewhere? (Hosting is with RageSW). |

Is your old site published to Rage? Did you empty the browser cache? ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! I have the habit of resetting the browser before visiting a newly published page rather than just emptying the cache. Hitting the browser Refresh button a couple of times or adding a ? to the end of the URL should achieve the same thing by forcing the browser to load from the server rather than the cache. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb!
