EverWeb 1.9.0 Build 1440 OS 10.10.5 Haven’t tried a download/reinstall (my one-year period just lapsed) |

Hi Jerry, Even if your one year period has lapsed you can always re-download the version and upgrades you purchased. Version 1.9.0 can be downloaded from our website but you can always download the latest version that you purchased from your client area. | What is the risk, if any, of losing any of my sites (or site data) by re-downloading? | |

There should be no losses. EW and the files should be stored in different places. IF you remove EW, make sure it is just EW and not 'all associated files and folders' as some cleaners will do. If you can open EW to see the projects window, you can click on the arrows on right after site name and see where the files are stored, and duplicate any if you think you may lose them. |
