I just acquired EverWeb and the hosting (10GB) service plus two domains. So I started building my websites and when finished I attempted to publish them... well, EverWeb runs "prefectly", till the point when I go to the sites (e.g. http://galeriadesierto.com/index.html) and nothing is done. Also, I noticed that the storage bar on my EverWeb shows that I have not used any storage ¡? I don't know what more else to do, I just followed all the tutorials and still I cannot get my sites published. Any advice? |

Yes the reason it is not working is because the nameservers for your domain were not updated to point to our servers. Once your domain is transferred to us we can update the nameservers. Nameservers cannot be changed while a domain is being transferred. The domain should be transferred in a few days. Once it is transferred you can login online and go to Domains->My Domains and select 'Update Nameservers' for your domain. Your Nameservers were provided in the Welcome email you received when you signed up for EverWeb + Hosting. Your EverWeb storage details are updated every 24 hours so there is a delay in the space used field. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

Please make sure to read the entire Welcome email as it contains everything you need to know to get your website up and running as soon as possible.

I already updated the nameservers, read and follow the instructions on the welcome email and waited more than 24 hours for the update to work fine. Then I tried to publish my websites from EverWeb with my two respectives domains: i) galeriadesierto.com, which was already succesfully transfered, and ii) ianav.org, which I acquired from EverWeb; in both cases same happens: EverWeb runs juts fine and send me a message saying that my web was succesfully published, but when I open the domain it does not work. |
