| Are there any plans of releasing Everweb for Windows computers? A lot of people do ask how I make my sites. But there are not willing to switch to Apple hardware. So I think it won't be a bad idea to make it compatible with Windows too. | |

Oh, no. Please don't. I prefer an app that is closely tied to the MacOS and able to use specific functions from it. Still waiting for EverWeb to come even close to iWeb's design possibilities but it has very very far to go until it's there still... Until it can do what iWeb could I think they shouldn't even be thinking of making a WIndows version. |

| I looked into iweb before using EW. I will say that IMO EW does much, much more than iweb, and does it correctly, plus it is supported. Iweb support stopped several years ago. | |

| Everweb needs a Windows platform too if they want to grow and have the best webdesign solution. On the moment people aren't considering Everweb as an serious webdesign solution because it's infamous and really small. Because of this there is an lack of apps. People aren't interested in making apps for Everweb yet. It works fine for an really basic website but it doesn't come close to wordpress, wixx or the other solutions with the possibility's. Thats my view on this topic. If more people could use Everweb then Paul could hire more people to help Everweb grow faster as an serious webdesign application. | |
