I have only started using Everweb over the past couple of days and have a couple of problems. The first one is the position of the navigation bar. It formats to the left of the area despite trying all ways to get it to centre. Can anyone please help? A picture is attached. I want to get it so that the Guitar Woods to the Map are all centralised as I think is the top line. Many thanks Paul PS - doesn't look as though the screenshot is uploading but it consists of two lines in the same block and I want it all centralised. Last edit 10 years ago |

The best way to get help with something like this is to publish a test page and post the URL here.

Many thanks for that. I've uploaded the image of the navigation bar. I know it is me but what am I doing wrong? I've tried the normal way of centralising but with no joy. Regards Paul Navigation bar image |

You have too many items in the navigation bar. Put some of the pages into directories. There are a number of instructional videos for those new to EverWeb including one about using directories. If you scroll down the list of videos you will find a section devoted to navigation. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! | Thanks ever so much for that Roddy. I have sorted it out now. I do about five websites for friends and don't charge. I have been using Webplus X8 but it is a pain going through Parallels each time hence changing over. Not published yet but this is my first attempt using Everweb and I am pleased with the result. Again many thanks for all of yours and everyone else's help. Have a great Christmas and New Year. Paul English Hardwoods temporary website | |
