I would like to have the ability to insert a photo, constrain its proportions AND make it full width. L C |

You would need to explain this one a little better. Images inserted in a web page using the <img> tag are constrained by their aspect ratio if no other instructions are added to the contrary. Responsive images which spread out over the full width have 100% width and auto height. Spreading an image out over the full width of the browser is not usually a brilliant idea for obvious reasons so they are given a maximum width as shown HERE. A popular technique nowadays is to have a full width image with a fixed height which - along with a full width header and footer - creates a sort of "faux" responsive effect. Here's an example using the Flex Fixed Height Image widget. This widget can also be used on fixed width non-responsive pages along with a full width header and footer created using EverWeb shapes. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! --Roddy What I want is the ability to add an image, retain its proportions, and make it full width. Currently, in EverWeb, I can add an image and select both the checkbox to constrain proportions and the checkbox for full width. EverWeb doesn't preserve the proportions. Technically, I guess, this is more of a bug fix than a feature request. L C |

--Roddy I found a solution. I use the Image Slider widget and use only a single image. It preserves the proportions while allowing me to make the image full width. L C |
