Can Slideout Navigation Widget stay in same verticle position, and not move to left when resizing window?

I want the Slideout Navigation Widget to stay in same verticle position, not move to left when resizing window larger/wider. Trying to position the Slideout Navigation Widget is difficult, it does not publish where I placed it. On the Master page, to get it to look like the upper right (see attachment), I had to place it where you see it on the lower pic. Have tried various settings on object positions/properties... Any advice? I do want it to move vertically when scrolling and it does. Works fine on smartphones and iPads... Desktop computer windows are problem. The menu assumes a fixed position at the left side of the browser which, in the case of touch devices, is the edge of the screen. On computers the position of the menu in relation to the other content depends on the width the visitor has their browser set to. Obviously, it is not possible to predict what this amy be. The menu position has nothing to do with where you place it EverWeb. Its position from the top of the browser/device screen is determined by the value entered into the "Top" control. I replaced the Slideout Navigation Widget with your Mobile Icon M Navigation Widget and it'll work for now. http://www.millerstalemusic.com/index.html Just spotted the Mobile Icon Navigation Widget.
