Viewing Widget Identification

Widget Identification

User: Les C. 8 years ago
I want to use a video widget from another EverWeb site I built.

I have several very similar widgets (EverWeb and other) in my widgets menu. How can I determine which one it is?

Thanks,

LC

If the widget was obtained from the EverWeb Codebox site it will have the widget name at the top of the widget settings panel. Open the project and double click the item on the design canvas to open the inspector.

In version 1.9 you can right click on a shape and select 'Pick Layer'. From the submenu there it will tell you the widget name.

There is no name, so I guess it's not one of yours.

Thanks for responding.

--Paul,

I am running 1.9.0 Build 1440.

I tried right clicking—widget, shape, etc.—no such luck.

It's good to know that the feature is forthcoming.
