On iPad. The enlarged images created by the default image slider, are coming under the navigation. What can I do to avoid that please? ------------------------------- Kind regards, Raphael Pairoux |

I assume you are using the EverWeb default navigation? An error was introduced into the navigation a few versions back where the navigation z-index jumps from 1000 to the ten thousands when it is brought to the front. This is ridiculously high and I have had to modify a number of widgets due this. The "Always on top selector" therefore has to use a z-index in excess of 11000 so, if you have used this for anything, an item that uses a lightbox needs a z-index higher than this. Something like 111001. I'm sure the developers will fix this now that they are aware of it. The EverWeb default menu isn't really suitable for use on a website that will be viewed on an iPad. Google will fail any links which are not at least 28px high. This means that you need to increase the top/bottom padding of the navigation list items to that height. Note that this also applies to text hyperlinks which shouldn't be used on the fullsite unless you have create a version specifically for tablet devices. The alternative is to modify the links as described in the Flex Responsive Website demo. The new Mobi Widgets are designed to overcome a lot of these problems. The navigation allows for users to create a two level one suitable for iPad and iPhone style devices similar to the one used on the Flex Responsive site. ------------------------------- Roddy Website: http://everwebwidgets.com Contact: http://everwebwidgets.com/ewWidgets-home/contact.html NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! Thx for the support Roddy. In this case, I used textboxes with hyperlinks. I think EW should fix this problem too. In the mean while, I changed the default slider with your 'Swipe Gallery Widget' to satisfy the customer. Unfortunately it's not the first time I spent a lot of time rebuilding or recreating things which should work at the first place.
