On the 7th October 2015, EverWeb was not accessible from the UK, also the email service was to working. Was this just a one-off, were you just updating your servers. Is this going to happen again? If so, a email stating the problem would be nice. Regards |

We just were upgrading our servers at that time so we had a limited amount of downtime while the server was restarting. Your email should not have been affected at all since they were not related to the upgrades. I am not sure why you had problems. I apologize for the downtime though. ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |

Hello, I know about downtimes, It is part of the website process. A email informing all users when the scheduled downtime will occur would be nice. As for the email downtime. I could not access my website emails on my Macbook Pro and iPhone. This only happened when the EverWeb website was being updated. Why? This email problem was experienced by other EverWeb users in the UK. |

Yes and we normally would but this was not expected and we are still investigating why we had to do the updates. Quote: As for the email downtime. What error were you getting when this happened? ------------------------------- Paul EverWeb Developer |
